In my previous post about Gdańsk, I showed you how beautiful and colorful the city was, but that was only the beginning! When I knew we would be visiting Gdańsk, I told my friend who would be showing us around that if there was enough time, I absolutely had to see some of the interesting street art located near the city. She willingly obliged us with a quick tour of an area of Gdańsk called Zaspa – a residential district with large Soviet style apartment buildings with an empty canvas on each side of the building perfect for locals to express themselves on!
Nashville has been titled the “IT” city and it’s no wonder. Music is amazing. Food is delish. The party never stops. Music is off the hook and street art is endless! On our recent visit to Nashville, I added a few more murals to my post AND I share with you ADDRESSES to make it easier for you to find! Around every corner you can find Instagram-worthy street art making for hours of fun without breaking the bank!
While recently visiting family for the holidays in Kentucky, we often visited Louisville (Luha-ville) and each time we drove through town, there was a new and exciting piece of street art on the side of a building. While it took me longer to get into street art than others most likely, I’ve come around the appreciate a good wall mural with my favorites tending to be vibrant or with florals and the occasional wings. I especially appreciate an interactive wall mural as it adds some spice to sightseeing!
